What would the percentage of unemployment be if...?

We keep hearing about 8.1% unemployment in our country and that its the worst in 25 years. Out of curiosity I went on Craig's List, Monster.com, Career Builder, Jobs.com and checked out how many jobs were available. I was expecting the sites to be scarce, but my goodness, there is so many employers needing employees! What would the percentage of unemployment be if all the jobs on these type of job search sites were filled? Why haven't these positions been filled already? I think our unemployment system should also work as some sort of job placement company. Talk about the end of recession! People need to get to work. This is the Age of Responsibility. For those of you who are unemployed or know someone unemployed(which I think everyone does) what city do you live in?
