H22a1 swap need help!!!?

I recently swapped in a h22a1 engine into my 93 prelude. Thing is Vtec isn't activating, and I know you have to get a ecu. What are the cons and pros of the p13, p72, or p28. Please help. And what is better jdm p13 or usdm p13???
