Horrible names for my niece or nephew?

My brother and his Wife were talking about baby names the other day for their future kids. If they have a girl they will name her Toni Sue. Now I think if she can pull off the name then its okay but otherwise i really don't like it. And if they have a boy they're naming him Cursey O'dell. That personally makes me wanna vomit! They're naming him Cursey after deceased family but I agree with my friend, some names should just die with the person. What do you think about the names??
