Over the counter hair growth inhibitors?

What are some OTC hair growth inhibitors? I just want to shave my legs less often, it's a pain in the . Jergens, St. Ives, and a bunch of other companies used to make hair minimizing lotions but they stopped making them! Are there others out there?
