Can you name this 80's tv movie where the skeleton of a dead baby is found?

Ok.. I have been dying to find out what the name of this movie is. I've tried googling what I know and still can't find anything.. ok. I'm pretty sure it was a tv movie from the 80's.. maybe even the 70's. All I remember is that at the beginning there is construction going on and the skeletal remains of a baby is dug up. The movie centers around a group of women and there is a mystery as to who's baby it is... or who knows something about it. I think it involves an all girls school or something? I'm not sure... If you could help me out I would love it cuz this is driving me crazy! Thanks!
