Has anybody used the Blackpool Club casino site and successfully withdrawn money?

Blackpool Club casino is an online casino. They gave me a bonus when I deposited some money and although I read the terms and conditions, they were complex, so I just agreed to them. I have won money, but they are saying that I cannot withdraw the money, as according to their terms and conditions I have to wager over �3000 before I can make a withdrawal!!! Is this legal and has anybody got around this problem?
