Help please !! i really need some advice !?

Hi .. I'm currently studying a btec advanced national diploma in science ! I really want to be a doctor and I know this won't get me in med school ... So I was wondering there are 6 year foundation medicine courses insead of the 5 would I be excepted on the 6 year course with my ddd ( distinctions ) diploma or would I have to get a defree then go med school ... Please help ! :)
