Ive been smelling a "gasoline exhaust" type smell for 3 solid days! Work, home, everywhere whats happening?

It never completely goes away. No one else smells it. I smell it at work, at home and I know its not really there. I have been diagnosed with a Rathke's Cleft Cyst but have had that before and had it surgically removed only for it to return, but I never had this before. I just want it to stop! I read other people's posts about smelling things that aren't there but they seem to be pleasant smells like popcorn or food or perfume. This is NOT pleasant or fun. Help!
