My cousin has a really rare cancer?

i am planning on making her a scarpbook of my kids because she lives really far away and hasnt got to meet my daughter. she got to see my stepson last summer. i need ideas of what i shoud do to make her smile when she gets it. any ideas would help so much. i dont want to make it seem like it is because she not going to meet my daughter or anything like that.
