Trade -- Do countries lose?

Trade NEVER occurs unless both parties are better off. If you were worse off you would simply walk away. The law of comparative advantage indicates that trade should work as part of overall value. It doesn't mean that you are always happy or that it's in yoru favor but it does mean that you are better off.
