Why do Black Americans like to bash Blacks who see that they are the cause of their own problems?

Please call me when data suggest that blacks---with the same level of education and degrees----are earning an equal salary comparable to their white counterparts. You can save your pseudo "there's no more racism, only personal responsibility" BS for the next generation of whites. They usually benefit from being misguided.
