Emancipation laws for a 14 yr old.?

being emancipated means that you will have to live by yourself, and support yourself, so you would have to get a job and things like that. If your parents are like that then why dont you just ask them to let you and your siblings go live with your grandparents? if they wont let you then you need to talk to your grandparents and tell them they need to step up and get full costody of you and your siblings. I was in your position once and got emancipated, i was only 15! i had a job and my own apartment, it was worse then living with my abusive parents, i couldnt afford anything i was so scared living alone and i had to work but couldnt drive so i would walk like 3 miles a day to get to and from work and high school! i wish i had grandparents that would have helped me. So i think your grandparents are your best bet. Good lucK!
