Who is the biggest benefit cheat.Those on the dole..OR..those in Government?

Best question I've seen on YA yet. . . .you are looking at your government, while I'm over here looking at mine. . . .somehow I can forgive the ones on the dole (welfare) a lot easier than I can the ones in Government . . . Who is a person supposed to believe in anymore ? ?Where are all the honest people ? ? ?
