Why did'nt Bush go up and punch the shoe thrower on the nose?

Bush is a chicken. The shoe thrower was trying to knock Bush's teeth out, so that Bush could perform FELLATIO in prison. The shoe thrower should be declared an INTERNATIONAL HERO, and endorsed for the Nobel Peace prize. Long ago, Bush should have been sent to PRISON for LIFE, because his LIES killed 4000+ American soldiers & 100,000+ Iraqis, and have thus far cost the U.S. $10+ trillion.
