Help! I need to get my delinquencies down for the properties I manage!?

Your job is not easy and it's very frustrated but keep it in mind that it is just your "JOB". Those people owe money from someone or company, not YOU. Most of the times people really have no money to make the payment if you can offer some plan of repaying such as divide into several installments may help. Check out with your boss of those options you can offer to the delinquent people. Good luck.
